Dan Reynolds, Wayne Sermon, Dan Platzman e Ben McKee conseguiram me emocionar mesmo do sofá da sala. Que show, meus amigos. Que show! Logo nos momentos iniciais com as primeiras falas de Dan Reynolds, fiquei arrepiada: "Venho de um país devastado. Estou cansado de ver nossas crianças morrerem com armas, desprotegidas", disse ele logo antes de It's Time e fazendo referência à campanha do desarmamento que tá rolando nos EUA. "Vamos celebrar a vida e a diversidade juntos, respirando o mesmo ar", ele falou, e logo antes de Demons, fez um discurso lindo falando sobre a depressão. "Não é fraqueza ficar deprimido". São coisas com que a gente consegue facilmente se identificar, sabe? São coisas boas.
E é por causa disso e por causa das mensagens que consegui interpretar através das músicas deles, que resolvi escolher 5 entre as minhas favoritas (foi difícil) pra postar aqui. ResponderExcluirEu fui no Lolla de 2014 (se não me engano) no qual eles foram uma das atrações. Fui por causa deles e fiquei encantada com o show! Sem falar que fiquei tão perto do Dan que quase surtei hahaha Sou apaixonada pelo primeiro CD deles e acho que são poucas as que eu não gosto <3 Adorei a sua seleção!

ExcluirImagine Dragons foi uma banda que foi me conquistando aos poucos, quando eles estouraram aqui no Brasil eu não gostava nem um pouco, mas aos poucos fui ouvindo suas músicas e curtindo cada vez mais. Não pude assistir ao show deles, nem pela TV rsrs mas vi que foi um dos grandes destaques da noite.
